About the Role
The Seva Sathi (Floor Coordinator) will act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch. The role involves ensuring smooth branch operations, guiding customers on digital banking services, and delivering exceptional customer experience inside the branch premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers inside the branch.
- Guide customers in using ATM, Passbook Printing Kiosk, ADWM & Digital Banking Services.
- Promote digital banking platforms like YONO, Internet Banking, UPI & Mobile Banking.
- Help customers complete forms and banking transactions smoothly.
- Ensure no customer remains unattended in the waiting area.
- Provide priority assistance to HNI, Wealth & Premier Customers.
- Educate customers regarding self-service banking channels.
- Support customer feedback and service experience initiatives.
- Share information about banking products and services.
- Coordinate with branch officers for customer requirements and product referrals.
- Assist less tech-savvy customers in adopting digital banking solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Banking Service / Sales / Operations
- Age: 22 – 32 Years
- Preference: Local candidates within 10 KM of the mentioned branch
